The PSAN era closed on 1 July 2026. New firms now go through the AMF's standard MiCA procedure, and the ICT and DORA part of the file is where many applications stall. We give you the platform and that part of the file.

Each client gets crypto accounts with deposit addresses and QR codes. You are the custodian under MiCA, and the keys sit in MPC wallet infrastructure you contract.
Buy, sell and convert with liquidity from a connected provider. Rate, fee and timing show before the client confirms, and the money lands in the client's euro account.

Technical documentation of the architecture, access roles, 2FA, audit trail, backups and incident handling. AMF instruction DOC-2025-05 did not let PSANs reuse this section from their old file, so it is written fresh.

Rails your customers can use
MiCA-authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland. Liquidity for your exchange service, or Kraken Embed, already used by a neobank in France, to start without your own authorisation.
Rules that change what you have to build, in the order they apply.
MiCA rules for CASPs and the crypto Travel Rule under Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 apply. The AMF opens its simplified authorisation procedure for PSANs.
DORA applies to crypto-asset service providers.
The AMF publishes instruction DOC-2025-05, listing which parts of a PSAN file count as complete. ICT systems and security are not among them.
The AMF warns that reviews can take up to four months and that many files arrive incomplete.
The transitional period ends. PSANs without MiCA authorisation must stop serving clients in France.
The AMF says many applications arrive incomplete and need substantial rework. We give you a working platform and the technical part of the file, while your legal advisers handle the rest.
A configured environment to show the regulator, not slides.
ICT systems, security and DORA, outsourcing and business continuity sections of your AMF file.
Custody infrastructure, banking and KYC providers from our network, plus liquidity through Kraken.
Crassula provides technology and documentation support. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice and cannot guarantee the outcome of an application.

Take a fintech in Lyon that already runs a euro account app for freelancers on a partner's licence. Its users want bitcoin. Step one is buy and sell through Kraken Embed, which already runs in France, once its lawyers have signed off the set-up. Step two is its own PSCA authorisation, so it keeps the client relationship and the margin.
We set up an environment in its brand with wallets on custody infrastructure from our network and liquidity from Kraken, and write the ICT, security and DORA section with the team, plus the list of domains and apps the form asks for. Once the AMF authorises it, clients move to accounts held by the fintech itself without switching apps.
