Automation of Resource Planning and Project Management at Crassula SIA

With financial support from the European Union’s Recovery Fund, Crassula SIA successfully automated its resource planning and project management processes by implementing Jira Premium with Advanced Roadmaps. The goal of the project was to increase transparency, improve planning accuracy, and enhance the speed and quality of managerial decision-making through modern digital tools.

Before the implementation, the company relied on manual processes. By introducing an integrated and automated solution, Crassula SIA gained real-time visibility into project progress and employee workloads, significantly improving coordination and efficiency.

The results have been measurable and impactful: manual planning has been reduced by 70%, average project planning time has decreased from three days to four hours, resource conflicts have dropped by 60%, and planning accuracy has increased to 95%. Decision-making has become 50% faster, while client engagement and trust have grown by 30%.

This project demonstrates a clear improvement in operational efficiency, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction, made possible through support from the EU’s NextGenerationEU Recovery Fund and the National Development Plan.
