What kind of wallet does Crassula support?

The proposition is an open-loop money product connected to supported banking and card services. Define the available currencies, account details and payment methods with your providers; this is not a closed-loop loyalty or merchant-acceptance package.

Do we need an EMI licence?

Crassula provides the technology. Agree the licensed setup, safeguarding arrangements and responsibilities with the relevant providers and advisers for your wallet programme and markets.

Can customers send money from the wallet?

Configure internal transfers and supported external banking routes. Beneficiary details, currencies, fees, limits and approval requirements depend on the payment product and providers you select.

Can we add cards and currency exchange?

Card products and currency exchange can be part of the wallet proposition through relevant integrations. Confirm issuer eligibility, available currencies and customer controls for your programme.

How long does it take to launch?

Agree the first wallet journey, provider onboarding, licensed setup, integration and validation work before setting a delivery plan. The required scope determines the timeline.
